The main functionality of the ACS Vesuvius is the ability to control the extraction pressure in a complex way through the advanced pressure profiling system.
Pressure profiling is easily accessible via the device’s digital touchscreen. Through simple steps users can build and save a maximum of 5 profile settings with the possibility of programming 7 pressure levels within each profile. Each of the 7 stages can be uniquely programmed for pressure setting and duration (in seconds).
This function is also very useful to activate the pre-infusion or the possibility of exerting a lower pressure (below 4 bar) at the beginning of the coffee extraction.
