MAZZER GRINDER ZM PLUS

The new ZM Plus features a minimum retention to allow for single doses.

It boasts a digital grind adjustment system which allows the barista to control the distance between the burrs (in microns), so as to ensure that the grind setting is understandable, accurate and repeatable.

With ZM baristas can record up to 20 grind settings, with customized names for each setting.
